ASG is not a boxing aerobic class like s many health clubs offer; we are an actual Boxing club. We teach only Traditional Boxing, plus we use old system way of training, the same method used in training Professional Boxers. You will be taught punch combinations, defense and offense maneuvers, reaction and counter punching techniques, and footwork. ASG training is tough, boxing i tough period. We do start you off at the level that is suitable for you. Bear in mind, even if you plan to use boxing only as a fitness tool to get in shape, be ready to tackle and learn the same drills as everyone else at ASG. All of our members are respected as equals and trained as such. 

ASG Boxing is very specific in boxing instruction and training with the emphasis on the requirements provided to produce top quality fighters. We incorporate plyometrics, calisthenics, medicine ball exercises, core training, offensive and defensive boxing skills, anaerobic and aerobic training, proper stretching techniques, weight training and abdominal drills and most importantly goal setting.

Muay Thai is known as "King of the Ring" in kickboxking circles and ASG is proud to offer top notch training to men, women and children in the Inland Empire. Muay Thai classes will teach you the punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing grappling and head-butts to wear down and knock out your opponent. Muay Thai training methods develop devastating power, speed and superb cardio-vascular endurance as well as fighting spirit.

After every training session you will leave feeling like you have been through boot camp, along with the feeling total accomplishment. ASG has experience in highly competitive sports along with the best training and guidance that can be offered.
